Great snack for a freezing day. My boo and I ordered two of their paper cones: one filled with Bel-Fries and the other filled with popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken had fresh white meat and was larger in size than most popcorn chicken I've tried. I would moreso call it chicken nuggets. The breading was a bit on the thick side and not so flavorful. They did offer sauces, one star removed for that. It was a $2.50 upcharge per sauce and they don't give enough for one to fully enjoy their eats with. The fries were tasty and imo balanced out the plain tasting chicken nuggets, but they did add too much salt because all of the fries at the bottom were blech with the salt that shifted downward. I think their bottom fries would be tastier and less likely to accumulate excess salt if they added seasoning when frying instead of afterwards. The service was fast and friendly. They explained things we weren't sure about. Happy eats!

Delicious Chips. The highlight was the sauces, to be sure. It was a bit of a bummer there were no places indoors to sit, since it was rather chilly that night. Nevertheless, it was delicious and a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Fries were super crispy, truffle mayo was especially good. Staff were really friendly and helpful when ordering and asking about the menu. Only outdoor seating available.

I decided to stop here because my youngest did not want to eat any K dogs. I remember this place from trying their fries at a night market that I had visited. They were really hot and crispy fat fries and were delightful to eat. So we came to this location and ordered on our first visit some mini corn dogs and fries and some dipping sauces on the side. DELICIOUS! The truffle sauce is a must. On the next visit was the popcorn chicken and fries. My overall take is that the mini corn dogs were so good that I didn't get to take a picture. The popcorn chicken my daughter enjoyed, but yes, the fries are the winner winner best dinner of the evening. I would pass on the cheese sauce and the Samari sauce. Just go with the truffle. That's all you need. It's so worth it. Two thumbs up from me, yes I will make another return to this franchise, maybe not this location, but I will have those fries again. Happy Yelping!

My husband and I love fries so we had to sample this place. Thankfully we already had many great food throughout the day so we didn't need much late in the day. We just got the classic in small - we didn't want to pay for dipping sauce so we just went with the default ketchup. The fries were well seasoned and were crispy on the outside but soft on the inside - the way fries should be. Prices were alright for NYC. As for the service...not sure but the cashier seems to be a bit shady. The couple ahead of us left the screen on the tip page so we had to wait until the screen was ready for our transaction, but the cashier seems to have filled out the tip field himself. I think people need to be more conscious about this if they don't want any troubles. There were some seats outside which had an awning so that was nice.

If you're looking for fries that will make you question every life choice leading up to your decision to order a salad instead, Bel-fries is your place. Let's break it down:   Animal Fries (m): These fries are so good they should come with a warning label.   Poutine Fries (m): Fabulous doesn't even begin to cover it. These fries come smothered in gravy and cheese curds like they're trying to win a "Most Indulgent Dish" award. Definitely a dish for people who believe calories are just a conspiracy.   Queso and Bacon Fries (m): Seriously. Order a small, unless you're training for a competitive eating contest. The medium is enough to make you feel like you've swallowed a small, delicious boulder.   In summary, these fries are a gut-busting, belly-filling extravaganza. Enjoy every bite and remember: you might need to roll home.

Had Bel-Fries for the first time @ their holiday market popup since the lines were pretty short. Ngl, at first I didn't really like the black truffle fries but they grew on me. If it says anything, now I'm craving them and have a severe truffle addiction. The fries were filling and the taste was simply immaculate. Best fries ever! Defffff give this a try!!
